2020 New Moon Circles
How might your life have been different if there had been a place for you to go…
a place of women, to help you learn the ways of the women…
a place where you were nurtured from an ancient flow sustaining you and steadying you as you sought to become yourself.
A place of women to help find and trust the ancient flow already there within your self… waiting to be released…
How might your life be different?
-Judith Duerk, Circle of Stones
Traditionally the water hole was the gathering place for women of the village. We all have a wellspring of wisdom to share. Imagine gathering with women each new moon, from the comfort of your own home.
Brigit’s Wellspring is my offering of five months of wisdom sharing in 2020.
We will gather once a month online to share stories and insights around topics of : achieving optimal wellbeing, honoring our menstrual cycles, maintaining positive relationships, looking at the milestones in our lives…
I will be offering this within a small group, using therapeutic storytelling techniques and positive psychology exercises; combining all that I’ve learned through my lifelong explorations into the mystical and the scientific.
Open to women of all ages (daughters should be of menstruating age). Originally conceived as a mother/daughter circle, it is open to caring aunties without daughters, and solo young women. (If under 18, we must have a guardian sign a letter of consent.)
